• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
• Promote or facilitate gambling, violence, or illegal activities.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for virtual currency (Coins) and subscription services are processed through Google Play Billing or authorized third-party payment providers.

• All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified;
• Virtual currency (Coins) are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by applicable law;
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis;
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUYOUBYME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
